For Appassionato she will offer two courses in March of 2026: Solo Voice in collaboration with Francesca Cardone and Vocal Ensemble with Virgil Hartinger.
Course in Solo Voice: Through individual lessons focusing on solo vocal repertoire (song literature, opera arias, musical theater, etc.), participants in Solo Voice have the opportunity to work on specific singing techniques in a systematic approach in individual lessons. Based on physiological and physical principles, technical issues such as breath management, onset, legato and articulation will be addressed according to an individual singer’s needs. In addition, musicality, style, text interpretation, expression and stage presence will be encouraged. The aim is to promote the flourishing of personal artistic abilities through a positive and personable approach. Through mutual exchange among fellow participants, one’s own understanding of the voice and various approaches to singing can be deepened and expanded. The participants will have the opportunity to pay special attention to the linguistic and musical aspects of Italian vocal repertoire, as they will work with the pianist Francesca Cardone as a vocal coach (Appassionato lecturer) in part of their lessons.
Targeted Participants: Voice students from musical schools or universities, professional singers, intermediate and advanced amateurs
